Returns

We accept returns of unused yarn within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The yarn must be unused
• The yarn must be unopened
• The yarn must be in its original condition and packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for yarn that has been:

• Opened
• Used
• Damaged after delivery
• Returned without original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging

After review, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.

Color Variation

Due to differences in lighting, screen settings, photography, and dye lots, actual yarn colors may vary slightly from what appears on screen.

For projects requiring color consistency, we recommend purchasing sufficient quantities in a single order whenever possible.

Color variation alone is not considered a defect and is not eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
