The SIL Archive currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $50.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before checkout.

Shipping Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of:

• The damaged item(s)
• The shipping package
• The shipping label

If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

The SIL Archive is not responsible for packages delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
